A 6-month Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme, designed to help rugby players maintain rugby-specific training during the off-season while building strength, control, and confidence in close contact, without the constant collisions of rugby. The first month is free to try, no prior experience is required.
This structure helps:

✅ Staying active and progressing throughout the off-season
Over the 6-month course, students are introduced to:
✅ Balance, movement, and body control
✅ Focus, discipline, and respect
✅ Problem-solving through physical skill
✅ Safe grappling and self-defence principles
✅ Confidence training with others
Classes run throughout the Easter and Summer holidays!

The 6 Month Programme is for Rugby Players who want to stay sharp during the off-season.
During the course, students can attend all current Jiu-Jitsu classes, up to 6 days per week for Kids & Teens and 7 days per week for Adults, allowing families to build training into their routine at a pace that works for them.
